TREASURER'S REPORT:
There is $3205.20 in the treasury with 108 paid members for 2003. Five paid
members for 2004.
LAKE TRAVIS COMMITTEE:
No report this month.
BUSINESS AND DEVELOPMENT:
AB stated he was unable to
obtain an electronic map for the Comanche development.
Suggestions were made as to how to obtain this map, and
further exploration will be done.
MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE:
SB stated there was no new
information concerning members, and she led a discussion
concerning the liaison between the treasurer and the
membership chairman, and how this liaison could be more
effective.
ROADS AND SAFETY COMMITTEE:
AB stated that there is no
new information concerning responsibility for upkeep of
Lime Creek Road.
COMMUNITY RELATIONS:
BULLETIN BOARD: SB stated that the bulletin board is
being used frequently, and seems to be successful.
NEWSLETTER UPDATE:
MP stated the newsletter will be sent
out on December 3, 2003. She said that printing expenses
are higher now. Bill was $54.47. Discussion was held
on non-route members and how we can obtain an accurate
list of non-route members who should be getting the
newsletter. Board will work on ways to get an accurate,
legitimate list for future letters.
XMAS BOAT PARADE:
Parade will be held on December 6,
2003, starting at dusk. Boats will be coming from all
over the lake.
BULLICK HOLLOW ROAD:
AB stated that the road area between
Oasis Bluff and 2769 is very slippery when wet. Board
discussed contacting Gerald Daugherty about this. AB
volunteered to contact him. Mr. Daugherty's assistant, Dawn
DeLong has also been very helpful on road issues.
Signs on 2769 at base of Bullick Hollow were also
discussed. WT stated he would call the state
transportation department to discuss the signs on state
property.

KB. Meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm.
