Public input for 3rd and final draft of private dock ordinance is on
February 18th and 19th.

Regarding the Lime Creek Road turnout at 8504. AB called the county
and is waiting for a return call. He will call Larry DeGlanden also.
Navajo Pass Intersection - Wet weather has delayed the work. It will begin during the first dry weather.
· Community Relations - LB chair
Bulletin Board Discussion - Construction of the board was finished by Ken Miller of "Just Fix It" at 8508 Lime Creek. We are waiting for the post holes to be dug.
Bulletin board guidelines proposed to be discussed at next meeting.
Notices will be limited to:

O garage sales
O lost and found
O LCRA notices
O sale of individual private items
Notices will displayed as follows:
O all ads will stay up for 2 weeks
O all ads on 3.5 cards
O custodian of board will put starting date on each card
O ads will be deposited in the box under the board
O no ads will be returned
O custodian will check the board once per week

Presentation of Candidates for the Village of Volente Council and Mayor
WT motions VNA sponsor a public forum in mid-April for candidates to state their platforms and respond to questions from the audience. Ken Beck will moderate. LB seconded. All in favor.
Newsletter - planned for March. Mailing list will have names of non-VNA members
outside Route 3 removed for cost reduction.
Volente Park Update - KB got an estimate of $1500 not including rocks to build a rock wall to prevent erosion.
