WT called the meeting to order at 7:10 PM.

· Lake Travis Committee: BK chair

BK talked with Jerry Mills about chair responsibilities. WT reports Jim Richardson said private dock ordinance put off until September.

· Business & Development Committee: WT chair

Jackson Street Marina discussed at length with guests Gary and Cathy Gross. LCRA requirements outlined and article to be published in VNA newsletter.

EM proposed meeting to discuss Limited Purpose Annexation August 22nd or thereabouts. Speakers to be invited from City of Austin, County Commissioners, and Comanche Trail. All in favor.

WT to call COA council members before 6/27 to schedule meetings to ask for more time on refusal to reject annexation.

· Membership Committee: EM chair

86 paid members. EM to make membership list in Excel format available to board members.

· Roadway and Safety: AB chair.

LB has meeting scheduled w/county next week to discuss resurface of Debbie and Davy streets.

· Community Relations - LB chair

Next VNA newsletter July 1st.

Volente Park had some plants put in the ground by June 2nd for fish fry.

Sandy Park cleanup to be coordinated with LCRA lake cleanup.

VNA meeting sign to include "Volente Neighborhood Association meeting this Tuesday at the Volunteer Fire Hall. WWW.VOLENTE.ORG"

Sunlit Cove owners out of country and not available at this time to discuss placement of turnaround for Geronimo Street trash pickup.
